Zackary Lewis is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Liquid Compass, focusing his efforts on new business development, client and staff management, and creative direction and marketing strategies for the company. Zackary is frequently asked to speak and moderate panel discussions on topics pertaining to streaming technologies, monetization tools and trends for the radio industry, as well as to students in higher education to discuss entrepreneurship, marketing and general business.
Prior to founding Liquid Compass, Zackary started Genesis Marketing Group, a national branding and fulfillment company based in Boulder, Colorado. Zackary also founded GloboalTRACK Technologies, an asset tracking technology company allowing consumers to detect lost or stolen sporting goods equipment.

Fun Fact: Andrew played football for Arizona State University.
Andrew Ronchetti is the Chief Technology Officer for Liquid Compass. His efforts are focused on new product development and the company's overall technology strategy for each of the business's verticals.
Prior to Liquid Compass, Andrew founded Red Ant Creative, a web design and development firm based in Denver, Colorado. In addition, Andrew spent time as a technology, network and business consultant for the telecommunications industry.

Fun Fact: Amy got started in radio as an on-air talent.
Amy Van Hook is Chief Operating Officer for Liquid Compass, focusing her efforts on day-to-day operations which include enhancing existing infrastructure, new product development and client relationship management.
As a twenty-year veteran of the radio industry, Amy's most recent experience includes more than seven years at Entercom where she served as the director of digital operations, managing all areas of digital operations and strategy. Amy also served as group director of interactive marketing for Susquehanna Radio Corp.

Fun Fact: Carrie has taken trapeze classes.
Carrie Firmine is the VP of Sales for Liquid Compass. Her time is spent on new business development, retention, customer relations, sales training and managing Account Executives.
Prior to joining Liquid Compass, Carrie held both Ad Director and Account Executive positions for two different print publications with The Village Voice Media (then New Times, Inc.) and Weisner Publishing. This experience proved invaluable when assisting stations with ideas on how to generate additional sales revenue by streaming.

Fun Fact: Doug has written music that has appeared on the Discovery Channel, several Warren Miller films and Fox/Columbia Television's “Party Of Five”.
Doug Koke is the Creative Director for Liquid Compass. Doug's time is spent collaborating with Liquid Compass' clients to create memorable visual messages that are equally beautiful and effective. Doug leads a wildly talented team of artists and developers to create station branding, media player interfaces, websites, and other visual initiatives that reflect the unique strategy, goals and aesthetic sensibilities of each customer, and has an unspeakable amount of fun doing it.
Before his tenure at Liquid Compass, he held a variety of design positions with The Production Room and Brand New Inc., creating diverse online and print collateral for boutique and corporate clients alike.

Fun Fact: Anita was the official Dreyer's/Edy's Ice Cream Ambassador for the state of Colorado.
Anita Williams is the Director of Support and Managed Services for Liquid Compass. Along with managing Liquid Compass’s flagship managed service, TrafficMyAds, she ensures that Liquid Compass clients are provided with the superior level of Customer Support which separates the company from its competitors.
Before joining the Liquid Compass team, Anita provided freelance web and graphic design to micro-businesses and specialized in executive-level administrative support.

Fun Fact: In college, Brooklyn played bass guitar in a Riot Grrl band, Me Jane.
Brooklyn Andrist is a Project Manager for Liquid Compass. Brooklyn coordinates sales, development, design and technical support teams in implementing new products, features and general inquiries for our clients.
Brooklyn joined Liquid Compass directly from the world of radio where she oversaw Internet & New Media development at CBS Radio Denver. Prior to that, she worked with Clear Channel Denver in their Internet Department maintaining award winning websites after having worked AAA & Active Rock Radio promotion in Los Angeles at Interscope/Geffen/A&M Records.
