Important Note: Beginning in 2008, streaming radio stations will no longer be allowed to report royalty fees by “aggregate tuning hour” as a result of the new royalty fee arrangement announced late in 2007 by the RIAA. Under the new policy, stations are required to report on a per performance basis, or the total number of people listening each time a performance is played.
Liquid Compass' RIAA Reporter removes the burden for stations of creating a per performance report by generating a monthly report that automatically calculates the station's fee. In addition, RIAA Reporter provides the necessary quarterly reports in RIAA compliant spreadsheet format containing required data such as: Artist, Song Title, Album Name, etc. To generate the required reports, stations only need to log onto the Liquid Compass Client Control Center and select from pre-populated dropdown menus such as call letters and data range.
Along with Liquid Compass' RIAA Reporter, stations have access to important listener data and streaming statistics with a click of a button. Listed to the right are additional reports that can be generated directly through the Client Control Center.
